We have an exceptional opening near JOANNA, SC, offering a rewarding 6-month contract starting on 4/1/2024. Job Details Specialty: Urology Start Date: 4/1/2024 Contract Length: 6 months Shift Details: Clinic - 7 am 5 pm, Mon Fri; Call 5 pm - 7 am Schedule: Weekend Call Fri 5 pm Mon 7 am Work Details Support Staff: Collaborate with 4 NPs and 1 AP, fostering a team-oriented environment. Coverage Needed: Full-time commitment to meet the demands of the practice. Patients per Day: A manageable caseload of 10 patients daily, ensuring quality care. Patient Population/Age: Focus on the adult demographic. Department Description: Engage in General Inpatient coverage with ER Call. Neonate and Pediatric cases are not required, but preferred skills include Laparoscopic surgery, Radical cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies/intraoperative u/s, Renal and bladder u/s w/biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWL, Brachytherapy. EMR: Utilize the EPIC system for streamlined record-keeping. Hospital Bed Size: Work within a hospital with a bed capacity of 641. Special Procedures: Holmium laser certification is preferred, emphasizing advanced techniques like Ureteroscopy. Access onsite lab and x-ray facilities. Practice Setting Setting: Hospital Requirements Board Certification: BC State License Required: SC DEA: Yes CSR: Yes Certifications Required: BLS Minimum Experience Required: Demonstrate at least 2 years of Urology practice. Credentialing Timeframe Anticipate completion within 90 days.
