Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are looking for an organized
and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Asheville,
North Carolina. This Contract to permanent role will involve
overseeing essential administrative functions, maintaining office
operations, and supporting financial tasks such as accounts
receivable and payable. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth
day-to-day operations while collaborating closely with team members
in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts
receivable and accounts payable processes with accuracy and
attention to detail. • Perform routine administrative tasks to
support office operations and maintain efficiency. • Act as a
backup for other office staff and assist with material-related
tasks when needed. • Ensure proficiency in the office computer
system and provide guidance to others as required. • Coordinate the
procurement and organization of office supplies to maintain a
well-equipped workspace. • Utilize software tools such as Excel and
Plex to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records. •
Support the team with general office management responsibilities to
ensure seamless operations. • Collaborate with the controller and
other departments to address any immediate operational needs. •
Adapt to a flexible work schedule of 3-5 days per week based on
organizational requirements. • Maintain an organized and efficient
environment in a manufacturing facility.• Proven experience in
office management or administrative roles, preferably in a
manufacturing setting. • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with
software tools like Plex. • Strong organizational and multitasking
skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively. • Ability to
manage accounts receivable and payable processes independently. •
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with
various team members. • Detail-oriented approach for maintaining
accurate records and ensuring operational efficiency. • Capacity to
adapt to a flexible schedule and handle changing priorities as
needed. • Prior experience in maintaining office supplies and
coordinating administrative tasks.
