This is a great opportunity for a dependable maintenance professional with apartment or residential experience. Job Responsibilities: Complete resident work orders in a timely manner Perform make-readies and unit turnovers General apartment maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall Assist with preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep Maintain curb appeal and support groundskeeping as needed Qualifications: Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Position Details: Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience For immediate consideration , please contact Naomi at 720-489-1053 .
