Qualifications Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required 5 years' experience in residential construction management Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results Manage budgeting, estimating, purchase orders and equipment rentals Properly secure building permits and/or certificate of occupancy Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Extensive knowledge of homebuilding process Monitor project process by coordinating with on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget Experience with Microsoft applications, and ability to learn new construction management software’s if needed Compensation/Benefits Industry leading compensation Complete benefits package Positive work environment and opportunity for advancement *Confidential application process* Apply now for the next step in your Construction Project Management Career!
