Job Description Inside the Role PURPOSE/ FUNCTION Operate, test,
and maintain unmanned, automated, servo-mechanical, or
electromechanical equipment. May assist engineers in testing and
designing robotics equipment. Posting Information We provide a

position offers pay up to $38.37/hr. Pay offered dependent on

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /n - Align, fit, and assemble component
parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and
microscopes. /n - Analyze and record test results, and prepare
written testing documentation. /n - Install electrical and
electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using
soldering equipment and hand tools. /n - Read blueprints,
schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and
sequences of assembly. /n - Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic
and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational
specifications and tolerances. /n - Test performance of
electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as
oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and bridges. /n - Verify
dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to
specifications, using precision measuring instruments. /n -
Develop, test, and program new robots and PLCs. /n - Operate
metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and
fixtures. /n - Train others to install, use, and maintain robots.
/n - Perform all duties to the prescribed standard. /n /n JOB
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES /n - Knowledge of the structure
and content of the English language including the meaning and
spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar /n - Knowledge
of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
maintenance. /n - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips,
electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including
applications and programming. /n - Knowledge of design techniques,
tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical
plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. /n - The ability to see
details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). /n -
The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a
machine or a vehicle to exact positions. /n - Obtaining and seeing
to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials
needed to do certain work. /n - Performing routine maintenance on
equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is

crouch /n /n /n - Use hands and arms in handling, installing,
positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things /n -
Quickly move hands, hand and arm coordination, or two hands to
grasp, or manipulate objects /n - Keep hand and arm steady while
moving one arm or while holding one arm and hand in one position.
/n - Frequent exertion of muscle force repeatedly or continuously
over time. This involves muscular endurance and resistance to
muscle fatigue. /n - May be required to work at elevated heights
including on platforms and ladders above 4 feet. /n /n PERSONAL
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT /n - The use of safety glasses, goggles, or a
face shield, safety shoes, gloves, and hearing protection is
required /n - The use of a respirator, including tight-fitting-seal
