We offer our Aquatics and Mowing Crew Leader competitive pay from $18–$28 per hour based on experience, plus company-wide benefits , including: PTO 8 Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision 401K match up to 3% Bonus potential Company vehicles for positions that require it Company Provided Uniform Referral Program YOUR DAY As our Aquatics and Mowing Crew Leader, you'll operate company vehicles, mow perimeters, trim vegetation, apply herbicides, and inspect stormwater devices, all while ensuring your team works efficiently and safely. Every day, you'll make a visible impact on the environment and your community. YOUR HOURS This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM , with occasional Saturdays as needed. REQUIREMENTS Clean driving record and ability to travel between job sites Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or aquatics Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Proficient with landscaping equipment, including mowers and hand tools Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with proven management abilities Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills OUR MISSION At Triangle Pond Management, we're more than an environmental company-we're a team dedicated to creating and maintaining healthy, beautiful aquatic environments throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, and beyond.
