Job Description:
1st Shift Customer Service Representative/Receptionist Nesco
Resource is hiring for the 1st Great Temp-to-Perm opportunity!

Duties and Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to
customer inquiries via phone, &email Provide accurate
information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as needed.
Maintain customer records by updating account information. Process
orders, forms, applications, and requests. Handle customer
complaints calmly and effectively. Work collaboratively with other
team members to meet goals. Qualifications: Previous customer
service experience preferred. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and
attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer
service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.). Able to adapt
to changes quickly and work independently. Pay: $18.50/hr Work
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Next Steps: Apply with
