Entry Level Customer Service Representative duties include: Interact directly with customers to understand their individual requirements and offer tailored solutions Quickly answer questions, consult on products with compassion, and resolve issues with a smile to provide exceptional customer service Participate in Entry Level Customer Service Representative meetings to address and resolve any issues that have arisen. Conduct market research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions Attend training and mentoring sessions aimed at improving customer support skills
