bilingual individual fluent in both English and Spanish, with a

insurance industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced
environment and possess excellent communication and organizational
skills. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound calls,
ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently and
courteously. • Provide accurate information and solutions to
clients regarding insurance-related matters. • Manage incoming and
outgoing email correspondence to address customer needs and
concerns. • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients to
ensure seamless support. • Perform data entry tasks with precision,
maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems. • Process
orders and verify details to meet customer expectations. • Assist
clients by resolving issues and offering guidance on available
services. • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards
of customer satisfaction. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to
create reports and manage documentation effectively. • Maintain
professionalism while addressing client inquiries and concerns over
phone or email.• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong
verbal and written communication skills. • Previous experience in a
call center or customer service role is essential. • Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Ability
to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic
work environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data
entry and order processing. • Familiarity with scheduling
appointments and managing client interactions. • Exceptional
problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and
challenges. • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
