A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our operations running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactionsand is one of the reasons that our customers enjoy doing business with us. Our Belmont location is our busiest store so we are looking for highly motivated and fast workers. Your primary responsibilities are to greet customers, perform necessary data entry, answer phones, and process payments. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy! CSR QUALIFICATIONS Phone skills Basic computer skills Excellent customer service skills No experience is required. We will train the right person! Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you reliable, organized, and detail-oriented?
