active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

unique opportunity for a licensed physical therapist to support
elementary school students through comprehensive evaluations and
ongoing therapy services. Located in Chesterfield, NH, this
contract role covers the complete school year, with
responsibilities primarily within a school setting. The role
focuses on conducting evaluations and delivering targeted physical
therapy interventions to early learners, including a preschool
student requiring 32 sessions throughout the year. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct three student evaluations to determine
therapy needs Provide scheduled physical therapy services,
particularly for a preschool students 32-session plan Estimate 4-6
hours of work per week, contingent upon students qualifying for
ongoing services after initial evaluations Collaborate with school
staff to document progress and coordinate care plans Qualifications
and Experience: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Valid license
to practice physical therapy in the state or eligibility to obtain
licensure Experience working in school and healthcare settings with
pediatric populations preferred Location: Chesterfield, NH
