This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a variety of special education settings including self-contained, resource, and special day classrooms. Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the needs of students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress. Monitor and assess student growth, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress in accordance with state guidelines. Qualifications: Active State Teaching License with credentials in Special Education. Experience working with students in grades K-12 within various special education settings. Strong understanding of behavior management and differentiated instruction techniques. Ability to work effectively in self-contained, resource, and special day classroom environments. Job Details: Location: Anderson, CA Contract duration: As soon as possible through the end of the school year. Compensation: $37-41/hour depending on experience.
