Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavioral Specialist opportunity is available in an urban K-12 school setting in Chester, PA. This contract role runs through June 12, 2026, with a start date as soon as possible. The position requires supporting male students 1:1 across elementary through high school grades, working typical school hours between 7 AM and 4 PM, with specific schedules assigned based on school placement. The role demands experience in school environments and the ability to navigate an urban district setting independently. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavioral support plans for K-12 male students Provide 1:1 assistance and interventions aligned with student needs Collaborate with school staff to promote positive student outcomes Maintain active certification and complete required clearances Adapt interventions to fit varied student needs across grade levels Required Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent behavior specialist credentials Proven experience working in school-based behavioral support roles Ability to work without guaranteed direct supervision from the district Open to working with students across all K-12 grade levels Reliable transportation for commuting within the district Capacity to complete Pennsylvania clearances independently Willingness to disclose current district affiliations upfront Comfortable working in an urban education environment Male candidates only Additional Details: Full-time schedule, approximately 35 hours per week Contract length: current school year through June 12, 2026 Interviews conducted via Zoom Location: Chester, PA This role offers an engaging opportunity to support student behavioral development in a dynamic school environment.
