Project Manager – Product Development Location: High Point,
North Carolina Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Must live within commuting

for a Project Manager – Product Development who thrives on
organization, collaboration, and thoughtful execution. If you're

we want on our team. What You'll Do: You'll be the engine behind
our product development process—managing timelines, tracking
progress, and coordinating the many moving parts that turn great
ideas into beautiful, buildable solutions. - Use tools like Asana
to organize, track, and report on product development projects -
Manage cross-functional collaboration between Design, Engineering,
Sales, Marketing, and Operations - Facilitate bi-weekly New Product
Development alignment meetings - Guide products from initial
concept through launch and into end-of-life - Continuously refine
and improve our internal project templates and processes What You
Bring: - 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management,
preferably in a product or design-focused company - Bachelor's
degree or equivalent experience - High comfort with tools like
Asana, Slack, Google Drive (or similar) - Clear and confident
communicator with a collaborative mindset - Comfortable
communicating with all levels of the organization. - Attention to
detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach - A passion for
design, teamwork, and making a positive impact Bonus Points If You:
