Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay: $34-36/hour Job Description We are seeking dedicated maintenance technicians to join our team. Initially, you will train on the 1st shift, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for six months. Following the training period, you will transition to a 12-hour night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule. Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production equipment in the manufacturing departments. Develop familiarity with the area and parts for which you are responsible. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and manufacturing engineering to solve problems. Engage with equipment suppliers directly and remotely to address and resolve issues. Respond promptly to any observed spills or environmental hazards and report violations to the immediate supervisor or the Facilities/Environmental Coordinator. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kernersville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $74880.00/yr. 14% 401K.
