We’re looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our team and help shape the future of large window and glass unit production. What You’ll Do Operate CNC machines, saws, and brake presses to bend and cut metal with accuracy. Program and reprogram CNC machines to meet changing production needs. Read and interpret 3D digital drawings to ensure flawless results. Hit daily and overall production goals while maintaining quality standards. Safely move large metal and glass pieces using hoists or team lifts. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience with CNC equipment and metal fabrication. Confidence in operating CNC machines and performing quality checks. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools like a tape measure. Sharp attention to detail—you know precision matters. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
