are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction
Surveyorto join our team. The ideal candidate would be a skilled
survey professional with a strong understanding of construction
phases and processes who enjoys working on active construction
sites, providing accurate and timely site layouts for complex and

with project managers, engineers, and contractors while also being
able to work independently to ensure projects are completed to

Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys using a variety of
instruments. Perform high-accuracy layout, including as-built and
topographic surveys Interpret and analyze architectural and
engineering plans to determine dimensions and site layout
requirements. Operate Trimble S7 Total Stations, TSC7 Controllers
with Trimble Access Software, and Topcon GPS equipment. Provide
precise measurements for foundations, structures, and utilities.
Monitor and record site progress, verifying that construction work
aligns with design plans. Assist in resolving design discrepancies
and construction challenges related to land measurements. Maintain
and calibrate survey instruments and ensure compliance with safety
and quality standards. Collaborate with site supervisors and
engineers to ensure accurate implementation of survey data. Travel
between job sites as required. Qualifications: Proven experience as
a construction or land surveyor. Proficiency with surveying
equipment (Trimble S7, Topcon GPS equipment, etc). Strong
understanding of construction methods, plans, and site layout
techniques. Excellent attention to detail & ability to maintain
precision and accuracy in all survey work Ability to work in
varying weather conditions and on active construction sites.
