Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled,
experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician
with CWP you will be responsible for servicing, and repairing
heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Qualified candidate must be able to lead installs, if needed. We
are searching for a LEAD TECH, must have experience and proficient
knowledge of HVAC. This is a full-time position offering
competitive pay. Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC
systems in commercial buildings - Perform routine maintenance tasks
such as cleaning and replacing filters - Diagnose and troubleshoot
system malfunctions - Repair or replace defective components in
HVAC systems - Test system performance using specialized tools and
equipment - Ensure compliance with safety standards and
regulations- Provide excellent customer service by addressing
client concerns and answering questions in a professional manner
Qualifications: - Must have knowledge with VRF systems, Boilers,
Chilled water systems. MUST have EPA universal - Proven experience
as an HVAC Technician - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude -
Proficient in plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance procedures -
Knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices - Ability to
read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Valid
driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Skills: -
Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry- Background
in maintenance or field service - Knowledge of HVAC/R design
