solutions, is looking for dedicated Helpers to join our team! If
you're a motivated individual with foundational skills who is eager
to learn and grow into future Foreman/Lead positions, we want to
talk to you! We work on critical infrastructure, including post
office dock doors, where professionalism and safety are paramount.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in a skilled
trade. What You'll Do Assist lead technicians in the diagnosis,
repair, and installation of dock doors, overhead doors, and
industrial door systems. Perform routine inspections and support
troubleshooting efforts. Maintain the highest safety standards,
consistently utilizing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and
steel-toe shoes. Uphold a reputation for professionalism and
exceptional service on all job sites. Engage in physically
demanding work, including bending for extended periods and lifting
to 50 lbs. Travel to various job sites daily, out of town, with
travel expenses paid by the company. What You'll Bring: At least 1
year of experience in maintenance, welding, electrical work, or
other transferable skilled trades. Basic knowledge of tools and a
willingness to learn advanced techniques. A strong commitment to
safety protocols and operational excellence. Ability to perform the
physical demands required for the role. Professional demeanor and a
strong work ethic. A desire to grow into a foreman/lead role with
