Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate in the role: Top Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Relevant maintenance or reliability experience in a manufacturing environment Proven supervisory and people?leadership experience Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TTB, and EH&S regulatory requirements Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive process efficiencies Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics Plusses : Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles Working knowledge of CMMS systems, preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and downtime tracking Experience supporting capital projects and equipment installation/startup Familiarity with beverage processing and related production equipment Master's degree in engineering or a related field Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Compensation : up to $105,717 - $158,576 (dependent on years of experience) Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
