Job Description Job Description Engineering Technologist I Location: Greenville, SC Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $20 per hour Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking an CAD Drafter to support engineering and technical operations in a structured, team-based environment. This role provides hands-on technical support, assists with problem resolution, and contributes to engineering studies and documentation under close supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineering professional looking to grow technical skills, gain practical experience, and develop increasing independence in a professional engineering setting. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Problem Solving Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues within assigned engineering discipline Provide technical input to support operational and project objectives Participate in engineering studies, data collection, and analysis efforts Planning & Coordination Support planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of work activities Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met Assist in tracking and documenting project progress Documentation & Reporting Prepare technical reports, calculations, sketches, and correspondence Maintain accurate engineering records and files Ensure documentation meets company and project standards Professional Development Demonstrate initiative in building technical knowledge and expanding skill sets Develop strong working relationships across teams Maintain professional communication standards in written and verbal interactions Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent), OR Associate degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent), OR 3–5 years of relevant technical experience in lieu of formal degree Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting engineering projects in a utility, industrial, or infrastructure environment Basic understanding of project coordination and scheduling principles Familiarity with technical reporting and engineering documentation processes Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
