Lead Substation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to
demonstrate your ability to: Act as a key contributor to the
development substation protection and control design projects Lead,
mentor and grow a diverse team of engineers, designers, and
drafters Take complete ownership of each project, to include
management of financials, resources, and design Liaison, lead,
coordinate, and collaborate with external clients Continually
improve and maximize quality Effectively and professionally

What you will bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
Engineering or other related degree Eight (8) plus years of direct
experience in substation Protection and control design Ability to
lead substation design projects by aligning engineering execution
with program management It would be nice if you had: Registered
Professional Engineer (P.E) license Master’s degree in related
field Experience leading a project team Some experience in
substation physical design Field testing/commissioning experience

Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00 The Leidos pay range for this job
level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of
compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending
an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the
job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as
well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable
bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
