Position: Director of Nursing
Location: Five Oaks Rehab & Care Center
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  
• Develop and implement nursing standards, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead and mentor the nursing staff, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for the nursing department.

  Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license.
    
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
    
  • Significant experience in nursing management, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
