    • TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY

      • SHIFT: DAYS 6:30A-5:00P (4x10's); CALL 3-4 DAYS AND 1 WEEKEND IN A 6 WEEK PERIOD
