  Department/Unit Summary
  The surgical suite includes a 10-room unit with a vast array of specialties serviced daily. With seventeen surgeons utilizing block time you can learn to circulate and assist within specialties like Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, ENT, Spine, and Pulmonary. With several nurses working this unit for 15 years or more, the availability for training and mentorship is abundant. What sets us apart from other units is the multidisciplinary teamwork with all of us having the same goal: provide safe, quality, and compassionate care close to home!

  SOVAH Danville is a 250 bed hospital located in Danville, VA, and is part of Lifepoint Health , a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier - with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast. Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred).
