Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Title: Home Health RN Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (will cover the Greensboro and High Point service areas) - MUST HAVE HCHB, TRAVEL AND HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE - Must be willing to case manage and take a case load - 1 year case managing experience required - Mileage reimbursement provided at Fed rate. This is NOT inpatient, traveler will need their own car and will be traveling throughout the day.
