Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Hospice - Discipline:RN - Start Date:07/07/2025 - Duration:12 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:8 hours, days - Employment Type:Travel Specialty:Hospice Unit:Hospice Home Care - RN, Hospice Home Care - RN Shift Timings: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Location :Burlington, NC 27215 Home Care/Hospice RN HCHB Travel Exp required Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p - Must be willing to case manage and take a case load - 1 year case managing experience required - Mileage reimbursement provided at Fed rate. This is NOT inpatient, traveler will need their own car and will be traveling throughout the day.
