qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Lincolnton, North Carolina, 28092!
Pay Information $1,766 per week About The Position Job Title: RN -
Labor & Delivery/Postpartum Profession: RN Specialty: Labor &

experience Description: The RN will practice in a Labor &
Delivery/Postpartum setting. The facility has 10 Labor, Delivery,
Recovery, and Postpartum beds, 2 OBs, and 2 Triage beds. The
average patient census is 7 per day. Patient ratios follow AWHONN
staffing guidelines: 1:2 in inactive labor, 1:1 in active labor,
and 1:3-4 for couplets. Management will provide support with scrub
techs to assist in delivery setups and other necessary tasks.
Charge nurses will be available. Filtration of duties such as
phlebotomy will include nurses drawing blood. A respiratory team
will be present 24/7. The technology includes electronic medical
records, IV pumps, and fetal monitoring systems. Floating will be
required within regional facilities according to practice scope.
Travelers will be compensated for travel time between facilities if
floating mid-shift. Scheduling includes a weekend rotation every
other weekend with no call required. Travelers will work 75% of
holidays and can request up to 6 days off, excluding holidays. The
