registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. This opportunity is ideal for experienced neonatal
intensive care registered nurses ready to work in a dynamic,
high-acuity Level 3 and Level 4 NICU environment. The unit includes
53 beds plus overflow, caring for neonates with complex conditions
such as respiratory distress syndrome, congenital heart defects,
seizures, and more. Nurses with solid NICU experience who are
comfortable managing critical care scenarios will thrive here. Key
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of Level 3/Level 4 NICU
experience - Current RN license, BLS, and NRP certification
required - Proficient in EPIC EMR and skilled in managing
life-support and critical care devices (EVDs, ICP monitoring,
ventilators, ECMO, CRRT) - Experience in vasoactive drip titration,
invasive line care (ART, CVP), and various bedside procedures -
Ability to work within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team setting
Responsibilities Include: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to
neonates with complex medical needs - Utilize advanced monitoring
and therapeutic equipment effectively - Collaborate closely with
intensivists, residents, and clinical support teams - Maintain
strict aseptic technique and adhere to unit policies and protocols
- Participate in orientation and unit-specific training programs
Scheduling and Work Environment: - Contract position with a 6-week
scheduling cycle, including required holiday and weekend shifts -
Flexible shift arrangements combining days and evenings over 6-week
