Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel BACKFILL – TRAVEL RN – Emergency Department Location: Asheville, NC Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Duration: 13 Weeks Pay Package Gross Weekly Pay: $2,048 Weekly Stipend: $1,400 W2 Hourly Rate: $18/hr Unit Details – Emergency Department Beds: 101 Patient Ratios: Typically 4:1 (medical) Up to 7:1 for ED behavioral health holds Support Staff: ED Techs, unit clerks (days & nights) Equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors EMR: Cerner Scheduling & Floating Every other weekend required No block scheduling Float within all ED sections only Experience & Requirements Minimum 2 years RN experience At least 1 year ED experience Level II Trauma / high-volume ED experience preferred HCA experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Required Certifications BLS, ACLS, PALS TNCC, CPI, NIHSS ENPC (within 90 days of hire) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Referral Bonus Programs About Binding Minds Binding Minds: Healthcare Staffing firm where your talent is valued, and your career has a true partner.
