What We Offer Novant Health Child & Adolescent Medical Group - Monroe is seeking a full-time board-certified/eligible pediatrician to join our established practice in Monroe, North Carolina . For more than 20 years, parents and caregivers in Union County have trusted our team to provide exceptional pediatric care from birth through young adulthood. Our 13-provider group offers comprehensive preventive and acute care, including newborn visits, annual checkups, childhood immunizations, and management of both common and complex illnesses. We also provide same-day, next-day, and Saturday appointments to ensure our patients receive timely care when they need it most. The practice features two convenient satellite locations in Waxhaw and Wesley Chapel , with clinic hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (rotating). Call responsibilities are shared on a rotating basis among all physicians.
