Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Greer, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,894 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required License: State License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS required Must-Have: 1 year of EPIC experience required Description: Shift: 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. for three 12-hour shifts. There is one on-call shift every six weeks. This position follows a block schedule with every other weekend coverage. Patient ratios are 4:1. Agency staff may be required to float to other units or locations as needed. Floating is limited to areas where staff are qualified and possess documented competencies. An experienced care team will provide support, including respiratory services and social services. The facility serves patients across all age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The daily patient census averages 100 visits with a capacity of 25 beds in the unit. Staff will need to manage ventilated patients, interpret dysrhythmias, and administer procedural sedation. Team members will participate in trauma care and have the capability to triage effectively. All staff must possess the required certifications and meet the necessary experience criteria.
