provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per
week; Variable shifts available Highlights: 24-bed acute care
medical/surgical unit with excellent culture and teamwork Patient
ratios of 6-7:1 providing manageable workload Standard med/surg
equipment with Cerner documentation system Minimal floating
requirements – staff typically remain on home unit Concierge-level
patient care in an affluent mountain community Multiple positions
available due to regional recruitment challenges, not unit turnover
Requirements: Active North Carolina RN license or ability to obtain
BLS certification required ACLS and CPI certifications preferred
Geriatric care experience or inpatient rehabilitation background
required (Swing Bed experience essential) Advanced wound care
