Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med-Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-2 years License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Med-Surg experience Description: Client is a 143-bed acute care facility that offers a broad array of inpatient and outpatient care. The facility is dedicated to providing patients with a full range of services to meet their healthcare needs. Services are provided in a caring, professional environment through the teamwork of the medical staff and employees. Candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for this position. All travelers must have required certifications prior to start. The facility houses a second-floor medical unit with 32 beds and a patient ratio of 6:1. Common diagnoses include Sepsis, Diabetes, Pneumonia, Urinary Tract Infection, CHF, and COPD. Preferred candidates will possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, respectful, and a team player. Dress code includes scrubs of any color, but open-toed shoes are not permitted.
