Surgical Tech Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,955 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Surgical Tech Profession: Nursing Specialty: Surgical Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Adult CVOR experience License: Certification preferred but not required Certifications: BLS preferred Must-Have: Strong CVOR experience is required with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Description: - This role involves working in an operating room dedicated to cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries. - Candidates should have experience with adult CVOR case types. - Ability to assist in complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries is required. - Robotic experience is preferred. - Hybrid OR experience is preferred. - Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is preferred. - There will be support from clinical supervisors, charge RNs, OR assistants, and anesthesia teams. - Call may be required: 1 night per week and 2 weekends in a 6-week scheduling period. - Holiday availability may be required during the contract period. - A personal scrub color policy is in place, with hospital-issued scrubs used in the OR. - Unit culture is described as positive.
