We're hiring a licensed pharmacist to act as an Interim Director of Pharmacy/PIC for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. The Interim DOP will act as a staff pharmacist 2-3 days per week, including order verification, collaboration with nursing and providers, product verification. Required to lead quarterly P&T meeting, bring agenda items to monthly Medical Executive Staff meeting, compile monthly data, compile antimicrobial scorecard monthly, complete controlled substance audits and communicate with nursing, order CII’s, order medications through multiple free trial programs and ensure compliance, and ensure overall ongoing operations and compliance of the pharmacy.
