Opportunity – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) RN – Western
North Carolina Start Date: January 16, 2026 Location: Asheville,
North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: Three weekends per six-week schedule;
self-scheduling available Highlights: 9-bed Pediatric Intensive
Care Unit with 1:1 to 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios Work in a

environment supporting hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator
management, ICP monitoring, and complex pediatric procedures
Utilize Cerner EMR and Alaris pump technology in a fully integrated
clinical setting May float to Pediatrics and NICU as needed
Self-scheduling system for enhanced work-life balance Requirements:
Active RN license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain) Minimum
1 year of PICU experience Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) certification required Proficiency in IV starts, catheter
insertion, central line dressing changes, trach care, tube feeding,
