ICU (PCU) Registered Nurse – South Carolina Start Date: February
23, 2026 Location: Seneca, South Carolina Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every
other weekend required, 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio Highlights:
10-bed Progressive ICU caring for step-down patients transitioning
from ICU with higher acuity monitoring needs Diverse case mix
including respiratory failure, sepsis, heart failure, DKA/HHS,
alcohol withdrawal, and overdose 12-hour orientation provided;
modules eligible for reimbursement up to 16 hours First-time
travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of PCU or ICU experience EPIC
charting system in place at 169-bed acute care hospital recognized
as a Blue Distinction Center Collaborative interdisciplinary
support including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy,
and radiology Requirements: Active South Carolina or multistate
compact RN license (pending licenses not accepted) Current ACLS,
BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 1 year of recent
Progressive Care or ICU nursing experience Minimum 1 year of EPIC
EMR experience required Proficiency in IV therapy, phlebotomy,
arterial and central line management, ventilator care, BiPAP/CPAP,
cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and titration of
cardiac and vasoactive drips Flu vaccination required (no
exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required Willingness to float
