Stepdown Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing,
planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned
patients on a per shift basis. The role includes the supervision of
staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The individual is
accountable for supporting the facility leadership to ensure
high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. This role also
encompasses the competency of clinical staff and appropriate
