Schedule: Every other weekend; flexible scheduling based on
departmental needs; no block scheduling commitments Highlights:

representing over 120 languages in the service area Patient ratios
typically 4:1 for medical patients; support staff includes techs,
unit clerks on all shifts Rotating assignments across all Emergency
Department sections; no external floating required Requirements:
Active North Carolina RN license Minimum 2 years nursing
experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Department
setting Level II trauma center or high-volume ED experience
(100,000 visits) strongly preferred Current certifications required
before start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS ENPC
certification required within 90 days of hire Strong teamwork
mentality with ability to provide real-time feedback and coaching
