Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be integral in providing top-notch hospice and palliative care, working closely with patients to manage pain and symptoms while ensuring they maintain dignity and comfort in their final stages of life. Assess patient conditions during visits and chart your observations. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Instruct patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal care. Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms. Implement patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. Ability to work with a diverse patient population. Deep understanding of health and safety guidelines. Ability to handle physical and emotional stress. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment. CPR certification. Advanced knowledge of EMR and healthcare software systems.
