Job Description:

special needs. We are recruiting a Speech Language Pathologist who
can bring specialized skills and dedication to our educational
team. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating
speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication
disorders in children. Working closely with teachers, parents, and
other professionals, our pathologists help tailor individual
support plans that drive educational success for every child,
reflecting our dedication to enhancing students' academic and
social achievements. Evaluate students’ speech, language, and
communication disorders. Develop and implement tailored treatment
plans. Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment
plans as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to optimize therapy effectiveness. Educate family
members about ways to support children’s communication skills at
home. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings,
contributing professional insights to student development
strategies. Proficiency in various diagnostic tests and treatments
for speech and language disorders. Ability to develop and implement
effective individualized intervention strategies. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of special education laws and

401k ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language
Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state license in Speech-Language
Pathology BLS/CPR certification
