Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care in our inpatient rehabilitation and home-based care settings. Assess patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and obtaining patient histories. Formulate nursing plans and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting plans as needed. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending healthcare providers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care and recovery. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and ongoing home care needs. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient documentation. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks Capacity to handle high-stress and emotional situations compassionately Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
