/n /n Employment type: /n /n - “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly
clinician role) /n - Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours
per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs /n /n
Location: /n /n - Seeing Senior Health patients across multiple
offices in Charlotte, NC/n /n - Including: Pineville Office /n /n
/n - Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations
as needed. /n /n What you'll be working on: /n /n - Seeing patients
with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute,
chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) /n - Treating
patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health
visits /n - Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via
daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams /n -
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to
perform in-office procedures /n /n Education, licenses, and
experiences required for this role: /n /n - At least 2 years of
primary care experience required. /n - Currently licensed or
ability to obtain licensure in the state of North Carolina /n - The
ability to build successful relationships with team members and
communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups. /n - Can thrive
in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using
data to improve patient outcomes. /n - Completed an accredited NP
or PA program with a national certification /n /n One Medical

Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care /n - The desire

delivery /n - An openness to feedback and reflection to gain
productive insight into strengths and weaknesses /n - The ability
to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and
colleagues /n - Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal
behavior to meet the needs of our patients /n /n Casual/Per

across the Charlotte, NC /n /n One Medical is committed to fair and
equitable compensation practices. /n The hourly rate for this role
is $75.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary
based on factors such as practice experience and patient care
schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates
that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The
