As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we’re building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive. /n /n Employment type: /n /n - “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role) /n - Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs /n /n Location: /n /n - Seeing Senior Health patients across multiple offices in Charlotte, NC/n /n - Including: Pineville Office /n /n /n - Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed. /n /n What you'll be working on: /n /n - Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) /n - Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits /n - Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams /n - Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures /n /n Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: /n /n - At least 2 years of primary care experience required. /n - Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of North Carolina /n - The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups. /n - Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes. /n - Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification /n /n One Medical providers also demonstrate: /n /n - A passion for human-centered primary care /n - The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds /n - The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care /n - Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care /n - The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery /n - An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses /n - The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues /n - Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients /n /n Casual/Per Diem/Locums Providers receive /n /n - Malpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical is covered 100% /n - UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research tool /n - One Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR) /n - Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirement /n /n /n This is an hourly role with openings across the Charlotte, NC /n /n One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. /n The hourly rate for this role is $75.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
