Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Care Career Pay: $2,189 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Step-down nurses provide patient care in transitional units where patients are too sick for the med-surg floor but not sick enough for intensive care. They provide this care in an environment with a higher nurse-to-patient ratio then is true in critical care units. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Exam - Nursing PCU - Skills RN - Stepdown/Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN State License
