Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Start: 4/20/2026 Length of contract: 13 weeks GSA: up to 36 hours per week. Hours not guaranteed week of orientation or during the holidays where the unit is closed. Facility can cancel one shift biweekly without penalty Shift: 12 hour nights; (1845-0715) Floating: potential to float to PCU, but may float to M/S, Ortho Weekends/holidays: rotate every other On Call: not applicable Required certifications to be attached upon submittal: NC or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS and NIHSS Minimum Experience: 2 years ICU RN experience No new travelers, must have completed at least 1 travel contract Required Skillset: Familiarity with vents, titrate medications, hemodynamic monitoring, Cardiac experience preferred Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 13 beds - Case Types Seen on Unit standard ICU floor, adults only; Day/Night Ratio 1:2 (occasionally 1:3 if we are holding transfers); 1:1 with IABP and Impella Scrub colors: Navy Blue Weekly pay direct deposit Referral bonuses CEU reimbursement after 1,040 hrs 24/7 on-call support Day-one health, dental & vision Joint Commission Certified About Premier Medical Staffing Services Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is a nationally expanding healthcare staffing firm for healthcare professionals and companies.
