Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse
Coordinator specializing in pulmonary care to join our expert team.
This role is integral in administering outstanding patient care
while coordinating daily activities in the pulmonary unit at our
advanced medical facility. The coordinator will lead nursing staff,
manage patient care, and ensure adherence to established policies
and procedures. Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect
patient services provided by the nursing staff. Implement patient
care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and monitor patient
outcomes. Assist with the development and review of pulmonary unit
policies and procedures. Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to
ensure patient, staff, and operational needs are met. Educate
patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans,
and health maintenance. Strong leadership and organizational
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems. Advanced
knowledge of pulmonary diseases and treatment techniques. Ability
to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Certification in Pulmonary Nursing (PNCB) preferred but not
required.
