Position Highlights

• Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek with no call or nights
• Supportive Team Culture: Medium-sized, well-established cardiology group with a collaborative team of non-invasive, interventional, and EP specialists
• Mangeable Volumes: Average 18-22 patients/day
• Growing Practice: Clinic-based practice with 2 satellite locations; Expanding services-plans to add cardiac MRI

Compensation & Benefits

• $700,000 Total Package Year One!
  • Base Salary : $600,000+ (2-year guarantee)
  • Productivity Bonus: $63/wRVU paid quarterly
  • Commencement Package: $50,000 ($30k sign-on + $20k relocation)
• Paid Time Off: 6 weeks PTO (vacation, CME, sick)
• CME Allowance: $4,000
• Full Benefits: Health, life, disability, retirement w/match
• Additional Perks: Licensing, dues, and subscriptions reimbursed

Qualifications

• Degree: MD/DO
• Certification: Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology
• License: Eligible for NC licensure
• Experience: Open to both experienced and newly trained providers
