This 13-week Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Temp Direct
opportunity is based in Jamestown, North Carolina, a welcoming
community in the heart of the Piedmont Triad. Jamestown offers a
blend of small-town charm and convenient access to larger city
amenities, with Greensboro and High Point just minutes away.

serving primarily adult and geriatric patients who require
rehabilitation services in a post-acute or skilled nursing

impact.This full-time role is structured as a 13-week contract,
with an expected 40 hours per week. The schedule consists of five
eight-hour day shifts, providing consistency and predictability to
your workweek. There is no on-call requirement, allowing for clear
separation between work and personal time. The setting is
traveler-friendly, with established processes that support contract
staff integration into the team and workflows.In this role, your
typical day will include providing therapeutic interventions under
the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities
may involve conducting treatment sessions focused on strengthening,
balance, functional mobility, gait training, transfer training, and
endurance activities. You will educate patients and families on
home exercise programs, safety strategies, and techniques to
support functional independence. Collaboration with nursing,
physicians, occupational therapy, and speech therapy is a key
component of the care model, ensuring coordinated care plans and
smooth transitions through the continuum of care.Patient caseloads
are designed to support quality care and efficient use of your
clinical skills. You will be expected to manage your schedule,
complete timely documentation in the electronic medical record, and
participate in care conferences or team meetings as needed. The

orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions, making
