We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. Duties: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Assist with sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, market research, and campaign support - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track client interactions and manage account information - Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred - Previous experience in project management, customer service, or account management roles - Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
